what i did in lesson PART 2

What I did today was I had gone through all of what I had did the day before and I had also did what I wrote in my corrections for example one was to read my script more so what I had done was I had read my script a lot more this time so I was able to have a better idea of where the music should actually be and also where it should be a bit more quite so then people would be able to talk. So at first I had just done what my improvements where so then I could get the other part of the work done/ needed after I had done the improvement, and I did not find it as difficult because I new where everything was this time.

After doing the improvements I had then done some more cropping because i though my advert had seemed a bit long because it was 1:50min long and I though that was to long because my advert is aimed at young people if they heard something really long they would get bored and not take any interest so what I had to do was I had to cut down a lot of the music so it was shorter, And I had to make some  of the parts that where quite quiet I had to extend them to make it a tiny bit longer so the audience to clearly hear without the music cutting through/ interrupting parts of where is meant to be silent.

After this point I wanted to add one more song ‘Girls just wanna have fun’ because that is what my tag line is called I thought it would be a good idea to have the song in the advert. So what I had done was cut down loads of the song because it is a really long song. I just kept the part ‘Girls just wanna have fun... oh  girls just wanna.....wanna have fun...’  so what I had to do was find a place for that part of the song but if did not really know what I could.

What was difficult was trying to find a place for the song to be. Also another point that was difficult was I had to try and make it blend in after the fast music which I found difficult  because the music was so cheerful I had no idea where I could put the music/ song ‘Girls just wanna have fun’. So then I had though I could put it towards the end so it finished with the song but it was DIFFECULT because the music that was the end before was very cheerful and I still wanted it to be in the advert so I had to find a way which they could both be in the advert but a way that the song could blend after the cheerful music, I had then decided that I should not add the song and just to have the voice over say the tag line after saying the name of the film.

What I could do to improve/ get one more thing done is to get recording on the people that I need for my advert so then this way I would be able to fit in the voices in the advert and I also need to improve on maybe to try and make the advert a bit shorter.
